Moonambel Events Inc with the University of Ballarat and Charlton Catering, team up to deliver a     five-course sit-down lunch using quality produce matched to superb local wines.

Meet the winemakers from the Pyrenees whose wine will complement the fine regional produce:

Taltarni, Melross Estate, Summerfield, Dalwhinnie, Redbank, Amherst, Polleters, Blue Pyrenees and Warrenmang.

Start the day with sparkling wine and canapes under the trees before sitting at our long table to indulge in four more gourmet courses prepared and cooked on site.
